The doctor was patient, compassionate and helped to ease my anxiety. She never made me feel rushed or like I had any "stupid" questions. The language she used with me was reassuring, caring and easy to understand. I felt seen and heard and validated by our interaction.

I have never had a doctor read all of my notes and tell me what they know about me and it felt like she cared so much. I'm so grateful for all her notes afterwards too on my patient portal bc it helped me remember things especially because there was a lot going on for me. I am so grateful to be referred to her and I feel like my child and I are so lucky to be in her care. She came in while the tech was there to see the ultrasound and it showed me she was willing to put in the effort to get to the root cause. And she was not condescending or mean at all she was so humble and personable.
