Lydia Mott is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with VHC Health Physicians – Colorectal Surgery. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 and gained over 10 years of experience as an ICU nurse. In 2022, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from George Washington University.

Lydia has extensive experience in delivering patient and family-centered care across various settings, including intensive care, internal medicine, pediatrics and women's health. She is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, having gained valuable experience in conducting telehealth visits, leading case discussions and attending health coaching seminars.

As a passionate advocate for patient safety and quality improvement, Lydia excels in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Her commitment to expanding her practice scope and enhancing her skills drives her to influence the nursing profession positively.

Lydia has lived in the DC area since 2006. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, dog and two sons.
