Save a Life: Learn CPR
All Community CPR classes are currently cancelled until further notice. We suggest that families consider purchasing a CPR Anytime Kit through the American Heart Association. If you have any questions about CPR after using the kit at home, please feel free to email cpr@vhchealth.org.
The American Heart Association CPR courses are designed to prepare a wide variety of people who may need to perform CPR or help someone who is choking. Anyone may take these courses. VHC Health currently offers Family and Friends CPR.

Family & Friends CPR
This is a 2-hour video based, facilitator-led course that will provide general information on CPR with limited practice time. This course does not offer certification.
Topics include:
- Adult hands-only CPR
- Child and infant CPR with breaths
- Use of an AED
- Assisting someone who is choking.
All CPR classes involve close physical contact with other students.
Fees for these courses do not represent income to the American Heart Association.
