This class is for adults interested in improving their sleep. Learn how to go to sleep, and get back to sleep more easily, while practicing stress reduction movements that will help you all day long! Each class includes sleep guidelines and simple brain-training movement sequences designed to return your body and thought patterns to greater calm and ease.
