Menopause Yoga uses adapted yoga poses and breathing exercises to support women currently going through perimenopause and menopause. This workshop will touch on how yoga can alleviate symptoms of menopause including hot flashes, menopause rage, anxiety and overwhelm to help make you feel stronger and empowered.
Led by Seema Dabas, a trained Menopause Yoga practitioner. All levels of yoga are welcome in this class, designed for women in perimenopause or menopause.
