Description

are you a new parent feeling overwhelmed by your new addition?  Do you find that you have as many questions about caring for yourself as you do caring for your new baby?  Join us for our New Parent Support Group, the first and third Wednesday evening at 7:30. this is an opportunity to meet other new parents and get some of you baby and self-care questions answered.  Group is moderated by a nurse lactation consultant, specializing in baby care and the mental health challenges of transitioning to parenthood.
