Ayesha K. Abdul, MD

Dr. Ayesha Abdul is a board certified internal medicine physician with VHC Health Physicians - Alexandria. She received her undergraduate degree at University of Toronto and subsequently went on to study at Northumbria University in England followed by graduating with cum laude honors from St. George's University School of Medicine. Dr. Abdul completed her internal medicine residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she gained extensive and diverse clinical experience. 

Dr. Abdul is committed to providing quality primary care to her patients. She is an advocate of preventative health and believes good health is achieved through total body wellness, with focus on both a healthy body and mind.

Moving close to family, she couldn't be happier to be in Alexandria. When away from patients, she enjoys trying new local restaurants with her husband, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
