Alexandra Silver, FNP-BC,MSN joined VHC Health Physicians - Urology in 2023 with 9 years of experience in patient care.

She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from George Mason University. Following graduation, she worked in the operating room of VHC Health for 3 years and the Emergency Department for 3 years before returning to school for a Master of Science in Nursing, graduating from George Washington University. She began her career in emergency medicine at VHC Health in January 2021, where she still continues to work for a few shifts a month. She specialized in Urology in 2023 and is currently accepting new patients.

Alexandra is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, from which she received her certification.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys reading Fantasy, Sci-fi, and Romance novels, lounging any time she can on the beach or in a hammock, and of course spending as much time as she can with her husband of 8 years and her 2 young boys.
