Katherine Blisniuk is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in critical care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and worked as a Registered Nurse in an intensive care unit for 10 years. She then pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at George Washington University to advance her career as a Nurse Practitioner.
Katherine has extensive experience providing patient and family-centered care to critically ill patients, offering advanced life support to adults with diverse conditions such as hematology, oncology, neurosurgery, infectious disease, trauma, organ transplants and multisystem organ failure. She excels in managing complex and rapidly changing situations with compassion and composure, collaborating effectively with patients, families, physicians and medical teams to ensure optimal care.
Katherine resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children, and she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
