Ingrid M. Winterling, MD

Dr. Ingrid Winterling is a native Washingtonian. She attended Mt. Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD, where she graduated with honors. She achieved her medical degree at Georgetown University Medical Center where she subsequently completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Winterling has a special interest in adolescent gynecology and teenage pregnancy. She has extensive knowledge in the management of HPV and other sexually transmitted diseases and has vast experience with managing both medical and surgical contraceptive approaches.

Dr. Winterling is also experienced in the evaluation and treatment of the infertile couple. She has significant experience in the treatment of normal and high risk pregnancy and is knowledgeable in the field of postmenopausal issues and treatment.

Dr. Winterling is a compassionate and well respected physician who provides excellent care to her patients.
