Dr. Wyckoff graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rochester where he went on to receive his medical degree. He completed his Internal Medicine residency, served as Chief Resident, and completed the Pulmonary Desease and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Georgetown University. Dr. Wyckoff is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Desease and Critical Care Medicine. He has received multiple teaching awards, including the String of Pearls" teaching award given by the medical students and the Paul Wilner Award from the residents for excellence in teaching among the fellows in Internal Medicine. He is also a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. He has done extensive research in management of malignant pleural effusions performing biopsies of mediastinal/hilar lymph nodes using innovative methods as well as sleep apnea screening. Dr. Wyckoff joined PMA in 2008 he is the Assistant Director of Medical Education at Virginia Hospital Center.
