Dr. Madina Haque is a highly-skilled, board-certified Internal Medicine physician with the Virginia Hospital Center (VHC) Physician Group. Dr. Haque is highly regarded by her patients, colleagues, and the community alike for her experience, clinical competency, thorough examination and treatment skills, and kind and compassionate patient care.
Upon graduating from Rangpur Medical College in Rangpur, Bangladesh, Dr. Haque completed her Internal Medicine residency through the Georgetown University Department of Medicine at District of Columbia General Hospital in Washington, DC. For over twenty years, Dr. Haque has practiced as an Internist on VHC’s campus in Arlington, Virginia. In 2006, she opened up her own Primary Care practice in the 1715 building at VHC. In the spring of 2021, Dr. Haque’s entire practice joined the VHC Physician Group where they will continue to provide care for patients throughout Northern Virginia.
Dr. Haque is passionate about providing her patients with the highest quality care while reducing unnecessary costs to the healthcare system. She believes in listening to her patients and providing them not only with high value care, but also with compassion, empathy, and comfort.
Dr. Haque is a member of the Arlington County Medical Society and the American College of Physicians and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Bengali. Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Haque enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two daughters and their Morkie dog, “Magic”.
