VHC Health Receives Top Ranking in US News & World Report’s Best Hospital List for 2023-2024
ARLINGTON, VA (August 2, 2023) – VHC Health, a community-based health system providing medical services to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, has received a top ranking in the U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospital list for 2023-2024. The report ranked hospitals in 15 adult specialties as well as national and regional rankings. VHC Health is proud to be ranked second in Northern Virginia, 4th in the Washington, DC metro region, and 5th in the Commonwealth of Virginia out of 121 hospitals ranked.
“We are proud to once again be nationally recognized by U.S. News & World Report for our commitment to serving our patients, their families, and the greater community,” said Christopher T. Lane, President & CEO of VHC Health. “Our work is never done, and we look forward to continuing to offer the best possible care and healthcare experience we can.”
This ranking marks VHC Health’s continued regional and national rise as a top health system. Just this year, VHC Health moved from #12 to #5 in Virginia, as more physicians and patients seek care from the hospital system and its footprint in the region expands, including the newly opened Outpatient Pavilion and the upcoming opening of the Women’s Health Center in October.
