VHC Health Ranks as a Newsweek Best Hospital in the World for 5th Year in a Row


Arlington, VA (March 7, 2024) – 
VHC Health, a community-based health system providing medical services to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, has received a top ranking in Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals for the fifth year in a row. Ranking hospitals in 30 countries, the study asked a global board of 85,000 medical experts to participate in an online survey covering topics such as hospital quality metrics, satisfaction of patient care, quality of care for specific treatments, among other factors.

Coming in at the top 2.5% of hospitals in the United States, VHC Health was also recognized as a global leader for Infection Prevention and shared this distinction with other highly rated hospitals, including The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and NYU Langone Hospitals.
