Visiting Hours

7 days / week, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm 

Behavioral Health Visitation Hours

  • Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday 4:00pm-8:00pm

Recovery & Wellness Visitation Hours

  • Sunday 2:30pm-5:30pm

Visitor Restrictions 

To protect our patients and staff, patients are allowed 2 adult visitors at a time. No visitors are allowed for patients with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 except in end-of-life situations. In addition: 

  • Patients visiting the Emergency Department (ED) may have 1 support person during their visit who must remain with the patient or in the designated waiting area. 
  • Outpatients may have 1 support person to assist with registration and safe transition to home. The support person must stay in the designated waiting area. 
  • End-of-life situations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Woman & Infant Health Visitor Restrictions 

  • Labor and Delivery  patients may have:
    • 1 partner and 1 designated support person during labor and delivery.  No visitors
    • 1 certified Doula during labor and delivery if you have hired one 
    • This is for the health and safety of all moms and babies
  • Post Delivery 
    • Once delivered and on the Postpartum Unit, 2 visitors per patient at one time during visiting hours 11am-8pm daily.  This is in addition to your partner.  
  • Pediatric patients may have 2 parents/guardians. Visitation is unrestricted 24/7 for parents/guardians.
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients may have 2 parents/guardians. Visitation is unrestricted 24/7 for parents/guardians.   
  • Waiting area for visitors is located in the lobby of the 1701 building WIH Services

General Visitor Requirements

  • Masks are voluntary
  • No visitors under the age of 12 years old will be permitted.
  • Inpatients: Visitors will be required to remain in the patient room during the visit, and will not be permitted to congregate in the hallways, at the nurse station or the elevator areas.
  • Patients may receive religious services from the religious leaders of their choice at any reasonable time if it can be provided without disruption to care. (Religious leader will not count as the patient's visitor.)

Patients with Special Needs

  • Patients who have altered mental status or developmental delays, where a caregiver provides safety, may have 1 designated support person accompany them throughout their entire stay, and 1 additional visitor during visiting hours. 
  • A designated support person is an individual who is 18 years of age or older, knowledgeable about the needs of the patient and who is designated to provide necessary support and assistance, including physical assistance, emotional support and assistance with communication or decision-making.
  • Patients with disabilities who require assistance may identify up to 2 designated support persons/legal guardians. Only 1 designated support person/legal guardian may accompany the patient at any time during their admission or visit. The designated support person/legal guardian must comply with the Hospital’s health and safety precautions, including infection prevention policies.
