This interim session of Seniorcise with Azita meets for 13 classes. Class is on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9 - 10 AM on Zoom (skipping 11/27). If the class has begun, please call 703.558.6740 to join the class in progress at a prorated fee.
