Learn how gentle, playful movement can help you de-stress, ease pain, and improve mobility! This series of lessons done lying down on a mat or bed, along with a few variations done seated in a chair, will guide you toward greater comfort in your legs, hips, pelvis, and back, along with some surprising "hacks" involving your hands, eyes, and jaw. Because we are a unified whole, improving movement in any part of us improves our entire self. The lessons can be done on a mat or on a firm bed. Some seated explorations will be included.
