Spend some therapeutic time with fellow cancer patients, caregivers, survivors, and staff while sharing conversation and work on your knitting projects. Beginners welcome. Bring your own knitting projects if you have them. Starter kits will be supplied for beginners.

Mindful Movement "Rest-ercize" (Mon. December 2nd, 6:30-7:30pm)

Perform stretches and gentle movements which can be done lying down. This form of movement can be helpful to relieve stiffness and irritation and is a great way to exercise when you feel too sick or exhausted to get out of bed or do traditional exercise.
