While at our office, you may receive medical device checks and electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) tests when needed.

How to Find Us on Campus
We’re located in the Outpatient Pavilion (Zone E) with a connected garage for patient parking.
- If you're being dropped off or picked up, use the roundabout at the front of the Outpatient Pavilion building.
- Use the purple parking garage (Zone E) on the VCH Health Campus Map if you're parking.
- Enter the Outpatient Pavilion (Zone E) on the first floor. Head to the elevators on the left side of the lobby and take one to the 3rd floor.
- Once on the 3rd floor, check in at one of the kiosks. If you need help, our patient care representatives at the front desk are ready to assist you.
Preparing for Your Appointment
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
- You’ll need your health insurance card and photo ID for check-in.
- Be prepared to make your insurance copayments at your appointment.
Appointment Changes
Depending on service, VHC Health requires advance notice of 24 or 48 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or fees may apply. Learn more about appointment changes.
